Depending on your purchase, purchases may be considered final or we may offer a cancellation policy followed by a refund if your purchase has not yet been fulfilled or delivered. Therefore, it is imperative that you understand the refund policy specific to the service you want to obtain.

Viral Reactions' Reviews and Ratings Services include the following services:
-Increasing Social Media Post Engagement including posting, likes, comments, shares etc.
-Increase Your Online Reviews & Ratings
-Getting Bad Reviews & Comments Removed
For Viral Reactions' Reviews and Ratings Services, you may cancel at any time pending the fulfillment of any residual obligations of your initial purchase agreement. The services for the time that has already gone by is considered consumed and no refund shall be issued for the services that have already been rendered during that period.

Refund Policy for Digital Marketing Services
Viral Reactions' Digital Marketing Services include the following services:
-Online Advertising
-Creation of Reels & Short Videos for the purpose of Marketing.
-Search Engine Optimization
-E-commerce Product Optimization
For Viral Reactions' Digital Marketing Services, your refund request must be submitted within 07 day(s) from the date of your purchase. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to accommodate your needs within a reasonable timeframe.
For services like Online Advertising, your platform fee may or may not be refunded, depending on the type of platform you chose to advertise your product in. Viral Reactions does not have any business relations or understandings with these platforms and therefore cannot be held responsible for their refund behaviors. For rendering the service of online advertising through Viral Reactions, the Service Fee will already be considered consumed and therefore shall not be refunded in the case if the advertisement has been made Live. For as long as the advertisement has not been made to go Live, the Service Fee that Viral Reactions charged you for online advertising, shall be refunded in full.
For services that require creation like creation of short videos to promote your product a services or any other personalized items or services, if such videos or items have already been delivered you, no refund shall be issued for such videos or items.

Refund Policy for other services
Website Designing:
If the product or service related to Website Designing and Development has already been delivered you then no refund shall be issued to you. However if the website is still in the designing phase and the final product is yet to be delivered, then depending on the amount of work already done towards your order, the service fee of the work done shall be deducted and the remaining amount shall be refunded to you. Viral Reactions reserves the right to decide what fee is considered reasonable in such cases.
If the final product has not been delivered to you and if you requested a refund within 7 days of ordering your Website Designing and Development Service, then a full refund shall be issued to you.
Mobile and Web Application Development:
If the product or service related to Mobile and Web Application Development Service has already been delivered you then no refund shall be issued to you. However if the Application is still in the designing phase and the final product is yet to be delivered, then depending on the amount of work already done towards your order, the service fee of the work done shall be deducted and the remaining amount shall be refunded to you. Viral Reactions reserves the right to decide what fee is considered reasonable in such cases.
If the final product has not been delivered to you and if you requested a refund within 7 days of ordering your Mobile and Web Application Development Service, then a full refund shall be issued to you.
Content Management:
If the product or service related to Content Management Service has already been delivered you then no refund shall be issued to you. However if the Content is still in the creation phase and the final product is yet to be delivered, then depending on the amount of work already done towards your order, the service fee of the work done shall be deducted and the remaining amount shall be refunded to you. Viral Reactions reserves the right to decide what fee is considered reasonable in such cases.
If the final product has not been delivered to you and if you requested a refund within 3 days of ordering your Content Management Service, then a full refund shall be issued to you.
